This is the Man Fo debut on Thrill Jockey. I’m so glad that I’m working with them. . .not sure there’s a better home out there! This record features a couple of compositions I recorded with a lot of all-stars. . .Ryan Sawyer, Brian Chase, James McNew, Shahin Motia, Greg Fox. . .a great experience. Mixed it with Colin Marston and we made it very heavy. I was trying to capture the sound of a natural event here. . .I think we got close.
